Raspberry Maca Protein Smoothie

Maca is an adaptogen and superfood from the Andes that you may or may not have heard of. It can improve energy, reduce stress & blood pressure, and rev up libido ;). While it has great benefits, it also has a distinct flavor, so I found mixing it into this smoothie balances it out and it actually tastes great!


Ingredients:

2 scoops of Vanilla Collagen Protein

1 tablespoon Almond Butter (no added sugar or palm oil)

2 tablespoons Ground Flax Seed

1/4 cup Frozen Raspberries

1 cup Frozen Spinach

1 teaspoon Maca Powder

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (avoid carrageenan!)


1. Blend all your ingredients until well mixed, pour, and enjoy!
